When The Hopper is full just put it in bags and put it in the freezer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Room may be too warm, or it may be making clear ice which is usually the first batch it makes when filling the rack. Meaning the water is warm or not cool enough to make the ice the right way. Or the machine itself may not be cooling the water the correct way. Call the manufacturer if changing the water doesn't help.Try using colder, filtered water.
