• When it makes ice, the family kicks on. It's not very loud. The only other sound is when it dumps ice. Make ice very fast. You could just turn in on 10 minutes before you want ice and it would make 2 batches about 20 pieces.

• It's not loud at all. The most noise it makes is when the ice drops. The machine is great!!!
