Q: QuestionDoes this make the machine vibrate more loudly or squeak when spinning, or go out of balance and make the machine crawl? Is it a square 27"wx27"dx6"h and fit in a standard drain pan?

• A:Answer It is absolutely more noisy. Very loud and annoying squeak. Even at peak vibrations when the squeaking is the loudest, I still have not experienced any movement/crawl. There's a couple thing that could be attempted and may or may not help with the noise. Anti-Vibration feet may could be added under the pedestal but this would add an additional 1 to 1.5 inches of height which I cannot afford due to the height of a built-in counter top. I'm planning to fill the underside of the pedestal with spray foam (closed cell or the most dense foam I can find) and I hope this helps to minimize the noise. The pedestal will definitely fit in a standard drain pan.
