“Is the 5 year protection plan of $114 cover both washer and dryer, or do you have to buy individual plans for each appliance? Also does the 5 year warranty start immediately or after the 1 year manufacturers warranty ends? Thanks.”

Warranty starts immediately upon purchase or install. Did you purchase the products separately or together?

You will have to purchase the same thing for the other product. It does start on the day of purchase since it will cover more than the manufacturer and allow us to stay all in house.
