Yes, that is correct. If the product is unrepairable, they will recommend a replacement if the repair is more than the cost of a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the manufactures warranty is separate from the geek squad plan. The mfg's warranty is straight from the plant that the product is made and would cover a limited amount for any quality issues that the geeks squads would not cover. I would suggest reading the fine print from both warranty's.
