You need an HDTV cable. I got one really cheap on Amazon.

No cables come with the tv, but I've always saved my hdmi's the cable companies use. This tv you can pull out of the box and plug right in, easy setup.

It does not come with an Internet cable. I bought a Roku Stick and stream as the video source.

Yes you can use it right away with antenna you will only get basic channels that you have to scan for unless you have cable hooked up already,very easy to hook up this is my second one!!!!
