• This TV, the NS-32D311NA17 is not a smart TV and It does not have Roku built in. The NS-32D310NA17 s a smart TV and does have Roku built in and costs $30 more.

• From comparing the listing of the two models, the features appear to be identical. The only difference that I can tell is that the NS-32D311NA17 is 3.6 inches deep while the NS-32D310NA17 is 3.2 inches deep. Also, the NS-32D311NA17 model uses less electricity than the NS-32D310NA17 models according to the Energy Guide that is posted on the listing of each model (58 kWh/year versus 66 kWh/year). Probably the internal electronics are not identical.

• Guy at he store said they were 100% same just new box and model number. Not sure he's right. I bought 3 of same so I went with all same model #.
