• No, but for $30-$40 you could get a device to make it one. I have an Amazon Fire Stick I picked up on sale that does the trick great. I even considered picking up a bluetooth keyboard for it I like it so well.

• No, but you can easily hook up a cheap roku device to make it have Smart TV capabilities.
