QUESTION #1: IS THIS TV A 60 HRZ or 120HRZ? ANSWER #1: Under Specifications, Refresh Rate is 60Hz. QUESTION #2: WHat year was this TV made? ANSWER #2: Under Specifications, this is a 2016 Model Year. But the actual month and year made of the unit you would receive will be on a label on the back of the HDTV. I purchased mine on 03/23/2018 and the label on the back of my HDTV is dated 10/2017. Therefore mine was manufactured November 2017.
