“My screen on my tv turned blue a week ago and I have been unable to resolve this. I have dish satellite and I have been on the visual instructions on the computer as well as talking with 2 of their consultants , Nothing worked. tv is 43" model.”

It sounds like an internal problem and if you have a warranty it says for stuff like that it just depends if you have the 3 year or 5 year warranty and if it expired already and if it did ask them if you can pay for another warranty
