You only need one account for all of your devices, like TVs or streaming sticks. You will need a credit/debit card for apps or content purchase, but you will not be charged anything unless you buy. You can also set a password to prevent children buying unauthorized content. Once you have set up the Roku account just sign in to Netflix, Amazon or any others (assuming you have a membership with them).
