You can usually go online to manufacturer, Insignia in this case, and put in your model number and order a remote. Alot of TV's and other systems now don't come with a manual, if it does, part no. might be in back of manual, or look it up online. If you registered the set for warranty, and/or any possible recalls (which is also a good reason to register the products), then you should be able to go to your account, and pull it up and look for a remote.
