We have a 10 year old Sony Bravia TV. I suspect it is not a smart TV. Does that mean that the Amazon Prime streaming app is not installed? How do I proceed? Do I buy the Amazon Fire Stick? Do I still need an app?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you sign in or create a roku account to set up the tv it will ask you which apps you would like to install. Prime video is available but will likely update itself when you set up the tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was on the screen along with the other apps for hulu, netflix etc. when I turned my tv on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure about prime app, but Comcast has an xfinity app. Search either Comcast or xfinity & you should be able to find it. The app works well with Roku. It’s in the beta stage right now so it’s free if you have a xfinity login. Unfortunately they do plan on charging for the app once they work out all the kinks, but it should be cheaper than a cable box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To get Prime video you have to go to Amazon and subscribe either to Amazon Prime or Prime Video. Prime is around 12.95 dollars a month. Not sure about Prime Video.
