Have you checked the Roku Setup menu to make sure you have the correct wifi password entered? Sorry if I am stating the obvious; not looking to offend.... There should be an option to check your wifi connection in Setup. Take a look there first to be sure you are configured correctly. For the software update, there is a menu selection in there for that as well. Should be very easy to do once you establish your connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Add the MAC ADDRESS of the tv to your router configuration on the website for the router you have. (Default is usually 10.0.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.1) that worked for me. I unplugged the router for 5 seconds and unplugged the tv and then retried and it worked after I added the MAC address.
