I agree. I have to turn the volume way up to hear people talking but when the ads come on they are either really loud or way soft. I think I'm going to return mine. In addition to this, mine sometimes won't even cut on and I have to unplug it to try to restart it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are presets that change aspects of the sound. Also, you can go to advanced settings and tweak them a little bit yourself. You're probably using a different preset. There are some that are designed for music, for surroundsound, and for speech. What I would do is listen to each preset, and find the one that sounds best to you. You can also find tune it more if you need to.
