I bought a television on 07/16/25, I paid the insurance, as the store offers, an accident happened with the television, and I immediately called support and reported what happened, after a few weeks, the technician came to my house and verified that it really was an accident, his words "Sir, in a week we will fix it, if it is not good, Best Buy will give you another TV "don't worry, it will be resolved, but until now they have said absolutely nothing, I called the store and they said they will not cover the insurance, they say I have to pay for the repair.

It’s unbelievable dysfunctional, I pad extra for smart tv, wast of money and of my time pop up junk, connections randomly work then don’t constant interruptions in the middle of shows your watching. Know I will need to buy a devise to side step Samsungs greed and incompetence. What a scam and try to report this to Samsung, no way they don’t won’t to hear it. Never again and I will make sure to that I will spread the word. It used to be a good brand So Sad
