I bought a television on 07/16/25, I paid the insurance, as the store offers, an accident happened with the television, and I immediately called support and reported what happened, after a few weeks, the technician came to my house and verified that it really was an accident, his words "Sir, in a week we will fix it, if it is not good, Best Buy will give you another TV "don't worry, it will be resolved, but until now they have said absolutely nothing, I called the store and they said they will not cover the insurance, they say I have to pay for the repair.
