• No, the Roku is built into the tv and it comes with the Roku remote.

• No the Roku built in will have the Sling TV available to download for free. Once installed enter your Sling TV ID and password and you are good to go, A word of warning if you are considering Sony PlayStation Vue it is not yet available on Insignia Roku, As of Aug 8th
