You might need to call cable company. You may still need a cable box to get channels
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well if your using internet you have to check if you have it connected (from router to TV.) But if that's not working call your internet provider I had the same problem with my insignia Roku I called optimum and they helped me if all else fails buy an antenna and scan for channels and you'll get the basic basic channels but more then likely if you already have internet/cable call customer service from the company your using and the help you with all your questions
