• If your laptop has HDMI output, then yes. The TV comes with a power cord only. You supply your own input cables.

• Yes you can all you have to get is a HDMI cable to hook from your computer to your laptop and that’s all to it. I use it to screen videos of of sites. I hope this was helpful.
