Hi there. Thanks for your great questions! If we come out an install the Ring product and you have issues within 3 months, we'll come back out there and re-set the unit back up. Generally for a product like this, we'd service it in the home if there was an issue. So you'd give us a call and we'd come out there to work on it. If it's something we know we'll just replace, we may have you bring it in. I hope this helps out a little. If you have any more questions, we'd recommend reaching out to your local Best Buy store.
