Q: QuestionI bought Ring bell 3+ with Geek Squad protection plan. Just wanted to know that how does it works and what is not covered. If I run into any problem l=in future do I have to bring the item to you or will i need another installation. Thanks.

- A:Answer Hi there. Thanks for your great questions! If we come out an install the Ring product and you have issues within 3 months, we'll come back out there and re-set the unit back up. Generally for a product like this, we'd service it in the home if there was an issue. So you'd give us a call and we'd come out there to work on it. If it's something we know we'll just replace, we may have you bring it in. I hope this helps out a little. If you have any more questions, we'd recommend reaching out to your local Best Buy store. - A:Answer is there any kind of tech support from geek squad before bringing item in. how about included in the purchase is the purchase of a $300 modem. just phone tech support for initial setup. this warranty service is geek squad, but we think of geek squad is solving problems, not insurance to replace parts or devices, actual tech-support settings and such. Thank you.
