A:Answer From edge to edge, the feet are 27.5" wide. Each foot is about 1.5" wide, so on a 27" table, it would hang over maybe 1/4". As long as you don't have animals or kids that will knock it around, it should be stable enough, as the majority of the feet would be on the table with what I would consider negligible hangover. I would imagine you could always put a slightly larger piece of wood, etc under it to give more to sit on. Could then cover it with some fabric etc so it doesn't detract from your decor.
