• Contrast for V series with VA panel is around 7000:1.

• the sound is decent but not amazing, and has an equalizer to fine tune it to your liking. however, i'm sure audiophiles and home theater enthusiasts on a budget will want to eventually pick up a sound bar and/or surround sound speakers, which the TV supports. i'm unsure what the contrast ratio is specifically, i've tried to find it with no avail to answer your question
