QuestionHow do you de-scale this machine? We have no option to purchase filtered water. We use tap water. All other manufacturers explain de-scaling their machine. Please and Thank you.

QuestionI’ve had this ice maker for 6 months but it just stopped making ice. I’ve cleaned it, filled the water tank, and pressed the “ice” button. As soon as the motor starts, the “ice full” light turns on and with the machine shuts off. The ice tray is empty.

QuestionWhen I drain the machine after cleaning cycle, tiny strands and small slimy particles come out. Can I use vinegar when I run the cleaning cycle? Ran it through many times and still happening. Worried this is getting in the ice.
