• These are great mid channel (7.1) or Rear channel 5.1 or 7.1 They have rich full sound and can be hung against a wall with little effort

• I'm using mine in a 5.1 set-up as fronts and they sound great. True, they're not "voice matched" to the center and rears, but hey, it's a budget system. You could certainly hang these on the wall by using the keyhole slot on the back. As a bonus, these speakers have their ports facing the front, so wall clearance is not an issue.
