“can this system be use to record tv programmes hi please forgive my ignorance on this subject,but im looking for a dvd recorder can i do this with this equipment,at the moment i have just a straight dvd recorder and want another one but also like the idea of a home cinema experience can this be used for recording? thanks graham”

• No this is a blue ray player - so it will Play those and dvd and cd's but it does not have a recorder.
