• No. They are proprietary cables. Can't use your own wiring. And if you splice the wires you void the warranty.

• Unfortunately no, the speakers that came with the Entertainment center are the ones you will be using. if anything the rear speakers are long enough to have access in some areas. I don't know for outside that depends are where you are installing the system. But no you can't add extra wired speakers.
