Has anyone had any issues with the fm receiver radomly dropping stations and going to the fuzz as if the station went out? Brand new jus got for Christmas already spoke to support and Samsung, jus called Best Buy and they now tell me I am past the return window by ten days! I am beyond upset!!!! I just set this up three days prior when the issue began. If I knew I only had this much time I surely would have returned it! Hubby paid over $300.00 for it, I use the fm all day while I work, then also while I sleep always have! AM SOOOO upset any help would sure be appreciated.

Install extra cable for FM antenna outside for better reception..

Make sure that the white antenna is properly secured into the back of the receiver. I would also play with the white cord (the antenna) and see if it is the connection. Good Luck

connected securely and adjust the antenna for better reception. 2 - If the signal strength of the stations is too weak (when tuning in with automatic tuning). Use manual tuning instead. ~Jeannette
