• This system supports the ARC Audio Return Channel, and it works very well. Just make sure your TV Supports it.

• Hi Planet Earth, you can use either HDMI cable or Analog cable. You can only use HDMI cable if your TV has Audio Return Channel(ARC) or Control For HDMI capabilities. Thanks! ^Ron
