QuestionWhy can't I get any sound when I select the Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps from my TV? I can only get the sound when I watch Netflix directly from the home theatre system.

- Answer You need a digital optical audio TosLink cable. It brings the sound from the TV. I had the same issue and mine works fine now.

QuestionLess than a couple of weeks of having this up and running and now it will not work. Black screen with Sony and blu-ray disc logos and sounds like it is rebooting. Tried unplugging for several minutes but no luck.
