QuestionDoes this system come with a microphone and connection input to calibrate the surround sound system to the room. IE automatically adjust the delay to a specific location of your choosing using white noise from each speaker. My SONY BVD had this.

- Answer Hi ssmith158, It does not have a calibration mic nor an input to connect one. You may need to manually set the speaker sound level using test tone setting. -Jerome

Questionhow do you get surround sound to work, so far only front speakers work. speaker check is working for all speakers including the rear ones.

- Answer If you have no specific sound format: stereo, Surround 5.1 etc Use the audio button on remote change the setting to Auto that will play all speakers from cd or movie DVD Blue ray etc Hope that helps

- Answer My husband is able to use his Ipod to play music on the system so I would think an Iphone would also work. I don't know how he wired it up and he is a tech-y sort of guy. He does use his all the time....plus the TV is hooked up and probably the blu ray DVR.

- Answer Hi Sumit, We do not recommend using a transformer. Units that are sold in the US should only be connected to AC 120 V, 60Hz. -Jerome

QuestionHow important it is that the center piece is really centered? I have no place to put this piece under my TV. The only available place is by the side of the TV. Is that ok?

QuestionI am wondering if you can upgrade subwoofer for this souround sound. The one it comes with doesn't do what I want which is shake the furniture

- Answer Hello Handke94! This Home Theater system is bundled with a specific set of speakers and a subwoofer. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to use a different subwoofer than the one originally comes with the whole system. We will suggest that you try all the different sound modes available with this model just by pressing SOUND MODE button repeatedly during playback. This may improves the sound quality at your preference. Best regards! ~Edward

QuestionHad this set of speakers/Bluray player for about 8 mo now (don't have the receipt or anything, it was a gift to someone) and now whenever they try to use a disc, only Bluray movies play in it, never DVDs now. Can I do anything?
