“does this item have a 30-day warranty and what if when you picked it up from the store and it had a crack in it went back and they told me i would have needed to call best buy because it was an online order? I emailed but got no REPLY HELP.”

I would call customer service at your local location. Explain the situation to them and ask for the direct number to their head office.. you'll get results from them.
