Q: QuestionI bought a monitor about 6 months ago but I can not find my receipt anywhere. I bought the warranty when they asked me if I wanted to at the register. Do I still get it fixed or replaced with a screen error?

• A:Answer As per the overview: If your TV won’t turn on because of a power surge, we'll fix it. If there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product, we'll make things right. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike. If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, we'll correct it. If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your picture looking like new. Accidental damage is NOT covered. Always call and explain the issue if it is within two years or purchase. She should take care of this issue for you as it seems to be related to a power issue and not the screen.

• A:Answer There is an option on mine unnder sound that says bluetooth and optical, or tv speakers and bluetooth, or optical and bluetooth, just look a little deeper in your sound settings, i know i hooked up my daughter's cochlear implants that are bluetooth and have the tv speakers going as well, if all else fails call LG support or youtube it, Hope that helps and good luck!

• A:Answer No, software issues done by the vendor are not covered by BB protection plans. UNLESS you decide to return the product for a functional and update device. You need to reach out to the TV manufacturer and report the issue and request a service technician or phone support.
