• Yes. HDMI cable and maybe a display port adapter if your laptop doesn't have hdmi. Or just a chromecast.

• If your laptop has HDMI output, you can use any of the HDMI input ports. Of not, then there are a number of products that allow wireless broadcast from a VGA port to an HDMI port. There is an app/program you would need to load onto your laptop and in most cases there is also a dongle that would need to be plugged into the laptop and a corresponding dongle that would plug into the TV. You may want to look at another TV that has VGA input
