• This TV Connect service is separate from the Mounting. You would need to purchase TV Connect & the add-on Mounting service (if you do that, yes, they would remove the existing TV).

• No I just found out today Best Buy wanted an extra $100.00 for the installer to remove four screws from the old TV and put them on the new TV to mount it in addition to the $149.00 to deliver and set up the TV. I'm done with Best Buy.
