- Answer This TV Connect service is separate from the Mounting. You would need to purchase TV Connect & the add-on Mounting service (if you do that, yes, they would remove the existing TV).

- Answer you can hire an electrician to run an outlet to behind the tv. in theory you could create a "cable channel" in the wall. this would be similar to a heat run, but you would have an opening behind the tv, and again one at the floor.

- Answer Although we did not expect them to bury wires in the wall, they did provide a nice looking strip that hides the wires. It is centered under the TV and hardly noticeable.

- Answer I had two 51”+ hung and the price did drop as amount of TVs increased. I paid $200 for two and then $50 to install an in-wall cable solution on one in living room. The price for one is a little high but honestly I was really impressed with the labor aspect and will pay for my next install as to me it was worth every penny. I am an “aging” engineer and some tasks are just best for the young crew:) Cheers!

QuestionI have a 55 from best buy in my living room but i want to put a 65 there from another store and put 55 in basement. Will geek squad move 55 down and put 65 for me with a new mount if i pay?

- Answer You pay, they hook it up. No problem. When I changed out my 55" for a 75", they moved the 55" into the bedroom and mounted it. I use it (using it right now) as a computer monitor.

- Answer Geek Squad is able to mount your TV to a variety of surfaces. There is typically an additional charge for custom mounting. I would recommend going into your local Best Buy store to speak with a Home Theater Specialist or Agent. They would be able to ask the right questions and provide a quote for your specific scenario. If that isn't convenient, you can call 1-800-Geek-Squad to speak with someone over the phone or schedule a consultation, where an Agent would come out to your house to talk through the possibilities for your home theater with you.

- Answer What do you mean by install? Are you asking about having two TVs mounted to the wall? Usually there is a bundle savings to have multiple TVs setup/mounted during the same visit.

- Answer Wall mounting is available as a separate/add-on service. The cost can vary based on the type of surface you are mounting the TV to (drywall, brick, some kind of custom surface, etc.). The basic mounting (drywall) is available as an add-on, it can be purchased online. If you are mounting to a different type of surface I would go in store or call and speak to an Agent.
