• you can hire an electrician to run an outlet to behind the tv. in theory you could create a "cable channel" in the wall. this would be similar to a heat run, but you would have an opening behind the tv, and again one at the floor.

• Geek Squad will conceal video/audio cables in the wall. You should have an Electrician install an outlet behind your TV for the power. It is against electrical code for power cords to be concealed behind the wall.

• Not the power cord, that's for an electrician to handle. . All else such as hdmi and cable is fine.

• It's against the electrical code to conceal power cables within walls. No matter which part of the country you're in.
