QuestionCan I use my brand new Samsung Soundbar Model #HW-M430 as a speaker for my Onkyo Receiver Model #TX-NR535? There isn't an HDMI connection for the Soundbar as a speaker - I don't believe.

QuestionI have never been able to get a picture on my Samsung TV (#PN51F5300AFXZA) from a Toshiba DVD player (#SD-3950SU) running through a Onkyo Receiver (#TX-NR535). Are these compatible so that the Geek Squad can make it work? I have a VCR and Wii also.

- Answer I have the same tv and play my Samsung DVD player through an Onkyo receiver. If your Toshiba outputs HDMI it should work. Try hooking dvd directly to tv to test it.

- Answer Our old TV was a 65" set that wasn't wall mounted. The Geek Squad did remove the old set in order to setup the new set.

- Answer I’m pretty sure they will. They hung our new 65” TV on corner wall bracket (both purchased at Best Buy). We realized the corner bracket was a mistake. We purchased a stand (at Best Buy) and they came out and took down the bracket then put together new stand and mounted TV. I was also able to return wall mount bracket to Best Buy for a full refund. Best Buy has great customer service!

QuestionI just scheduled Geek Squad to come out and hook up stereo-receiver and surround sound to my ALREADY installed TV ( I have DTV) and my order says " install TV"!! I don't want to overpay for services. Plus they charged for " add in" services for $50! help!

- Answer Yes. You need to tell them to do that but they will do it if you ask. I had them install the table stand, put the tv on the stand and the stand on the table and plug in my dvd player-I did the rest but they did ask if I wanted them to hook up the Roku. So yes they will connect things for you if you ask

- Answer Service through Geek Squad was very quick. Best if you have power & cable outlet installed close to or under where Stand is to be mounted. If not cords do hang down. I used silk plant to hide those

Our main installation service that is listed on BestBuy.com is for standard drywall.
