“I just scheduled Geek Squad to come out and hook up stereo-receiver and surround sound to my ALREADY installed TV ( I have DTV) and my order says " install TV"!! I don't want to overpay for services. Plus they charged for " add in" services for $50! help!”

Hi Gail - I would recommend calling our customer care line (1-800-Geek-Squad). They can lookup your order and talk to you about what services you need performed and cancel or reschedule what has already been scheduled.
