Make sure that whatever you are outputting into the tv either supports 1080p or has been switch to send out a 1080 signal. More often than not, that's what the issue is.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.PI had same problem when I hooked it up to my dish sat. I had to change bradcast signal output on sat set up programming. Hope this helps if not call Best Buy. That's what I did. They walked me thru it, east fix for me. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For a TV to display a 1080P image it must receive one. Most all cable channels broadcast either 1081i or 720p...some Direct TV channels do broadcast in 1080p. The TV is capable of displaying 1080p if you receive that signal say from a Blu Ray disc. Hope this helps.
