A:Answer Hello. I love my unit. It’s extremely intuitive to your phone. If you were playing music or pandora last time you were in the truck, it continues next time you reenter. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s difficult to quickly mute or change the volume, but you just have to learn the procedures. In answer to the question, there were 3 other things that needed to be ordered; a wire harness, a bracket to fit the make of my truck, and a modified face plate that becomes part of what you see. Mine was installed for free, which I would recommend.
