About the only thing I would suggest is disconnecting the cars battery, waiting a couple minutes, and reconnect it, this should reboot the stereo. Kinda a pain because you will need to set the clock/date and radio presets again but unless you can get to the stereo power wire to just disconnect that it’s the only option I know of.
