• A:Answer Ceaubie, I had someone install this stereo on my 2007 maxima and had an older pioneer navigation unit previously installed. I noticed the track seek button on my steering wheel wasn’t working and i pressed on it harder and it started working like normal and its been ok for 2-3 months that i have owned this new deck. All other steering wheel mounted buttons work. The install was just the harness my previous install was done by another stereo shop and took care of the steering controls and microphone. Hope this helps
