Yes, this is possible. You would still connect it as if it were wireless but the receiver would be to the input port. Instead of running the receiver directly to the speakers, run the receiver to the input ports. Then run speaker wire from the output ports to the speakers. So, essentially, it would only be transmitting a few feet because the receiver would be directly behind the BluRay Player. Hopefully this makes sense.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not really - the rear speakers connect to the remote device, so you won't need your in-wall wiring, although you could still run the wires through the wall if you wish, though that may only introduce potential connection issues as you'd have more connections involved. I too have in-wall wiring but did not use it since the rear speakers use the remote device to connect from. There are only 4 speaker ports on the back of the blue ray theater itself (left, right, center and subwoofer). The remote device has the two rear speaker ports in it. Ultimately this will work for you, but you likely won't need to use your in-wall wiring. Of course if you have speakers in the walls, that would be a somewhat different story, you'd still need to use the remote receiver device to connect to your wall ports...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Justin, Because the wireless module acts as the physical port for the rear speaker, that would not be possible. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. There are no speaker connections other than the proprietary plugs for the Samsung front speakers. The rear speakers connect only through the wireless bridge that comes with the unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe so. Receiver only has so many ports.
