“I own a tv stand that held my old 65" Vizio tv. Will I be able to use it for this tv? It has brackets the attach to the back of the tv. I never had any problems with it holding my old tv.”

Yeah this TV has brackets on the back for that. It has a 400x200mm mount pattern and weighs 45.81 pounds. You'll need an M6x9mm screw.
