• Hi Tommy - The unit produces 9 ice bullet shaped ice cubes approximately every 10 minutes. You can make the ice cubes larger by starting with colder water. Tip: remove the ice storage basket and allow the first couple of batches of ice to fall into the water reservoir. That will help chill the water so that the ice cubes produced with be larger and firmer.
