Does this work with Spectre 360? null

It looks like from looking at hp's requirements this laptop requires a 45w charger in which I wouldn't recommend using this high of a charger as it may cause problems with your battery or even do harm to your laptop. Below is the charger I think may work with your laptop if not it should take the 65w charger from HP.

This HP AC Adapter is not compatible with the HP Spectre 360 notebook that only supports a 45W AC adapter.
