“will this power cord work with my Compaq laptop model CQ61-411WM”

• Being that HP bought out Compaq several years ago this charger should fit your laptop but it shows this laptop came with a 65w charger but this will work but may cause harm to your battery or laptop as its a much higher rated charger than needed.
