A:AnswerI tried with an adaptor that outputs 2.1amps but it did not work. It turns off abruptly. Atleast you could have included the appropriate adaptor. I would probably return.
A:AnswerPlease try pressing the hard reset button that will be located through the vents right above where it says SD Card. That should fix the problem.
