Chromebook enterprise is the process of enrolling a Chromebook as part of a particular organization. Unfortunately, there is not a way to bypass school/organization provisioning security features. Once a Chromebook serial number has been enrolled with the school, it will use their security features until the school un-enrolls the serial number. We recommend contacting Best Buy to see if they can provide assistance with un-provisioning the system, or allowing the system access to the Play Store.
